CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 14 December 2010, at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
6:15 P.M. Request for Determination of Applicability filed by John Lennox. Applicant proposes building a shed within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a wetland at property located at 680 Samoset Road, Map 14, Parcel 83H.
6:30 P.M. Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Beth Grega. Applicant proposes upgrade an existing septic system within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a bordering vegetated wetland located on 32 I-De-Ho Lane, Map 10, Parcel 372.
6:45 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by George and Susan Amato. Applicant proposes an after-the-fact filing for work under an Emergency Certification in 10/19/2010 and additional work. Work includes re-locating the existing dwelling and construction of two additions, deck, stairway and elevated walkway within a coastal dune at property located at 95 Harmes Way, Map 1, Parcel 101.
7:00 P.M. Notice of Intent filed by Frank and Janet Bianco. Applicant proposes revetment improvements within the 100’ Buffer Zone to a coastal dune at a property located at 290 Salt Works Rd, Map 04, Parcel 05.
7:15 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Marcella Gumbel. Applicant proposes a rock revetment at property located at 205 Shurtleff Road, Map 7, Parcel 195.
7:30 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Anthony Julian, MAF Realty Associated. Applicant proposes construction and maintenance of a stone revetment to replace existing sand bags at property located at 15 Shurtleff Road, Map 10, Parcel 231.
7:45 P.M. Request for an Amended Order of Conditions filed by the Massasoit Hills Homeowners Association. Applicant proposes to Amend the existing Orders to construct a stairway and handrail at the Associations’ beach property located on Salt Works Road, Map 04.
8:00 P.M. Continuation of Hearing on Notice of Intent filed by Rosamond Thomas. Applicant proposes erosion control and bank nourishment within 100’ of a Salt Marsh, on a Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage at property located at 455 Mary Chase Road, Map 18, Parcel 80A.
